01 — NEW FEATURE
ChatGPT 4.1
OpenAI has rolled out GPT-4.1 to ChatGPT Plus, Pro, and Team users as of yesterday!
This updated model is faster and more efficient, follows instructions more accurately and can hold longer conversations. OpenAI suggest it is great for things such as:
Content Creation: Generating high-quality marketing material, blog posts, or product descriptions swiftly while maintaining brand consistency
Data Analysis Assistance: Interpret complex data and generating summaries
Internal Training: Creating interactive training modules or FAQs for employee onboarding
Meeting Summaries: Transcribing and summarising meeting notes, highlighting key points and action items.
Customer Support Automation: handling common customer inquiries, providing instant responses and freeing up human agents for complex issues.

(In the next issue we’ll explain the difference between all the different models on offer and what each is best for)
02 — BUSINESS PROMPT
SWOT Analysis from an independent source
The process of doing a SWOT analysis can be really helpful and can help business owners with the key things to focus on. Although often when we are so deep in the business, it’s hard to be completely objective. The good news is that ChatGPT (and other models) can be completely objective.
A prompt like the below could be a good starting point:
Act as an experienced business consultant. Conduct a comprehensive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis for [insert business name and website]. Provide detailed insights and actionable recommendations.
Note that this is a starting point and then you can question, challenge and offer others to help improve its analysis.
03 — PERSONAL PROMPT
Get AI to find your personal blindspots
We here at Mosaic Swift all did this recently and it hit some of us pretty hard! With all the information that these models know and remember about us as individuals and the insight it has into what we do and what we’re interested in, it can give some insightful details of things you may not be noticing in your life.
Now that you can remember everything I've ever typed to you, point out my top 5 blind spots.
You can choose to add whether you’d like to get work specific blind spots or personal ones. Just a note that you may need to sit down when it delivers them to you.
04 — FOR FUN
ChatGPT as a Personal Stylist
Some Gen Z users are turning to AI for fashion advice, using it to build wardrobes and find outfits for specific occasions.
Prompts like “What do I wear to a second date at a rooftop bar if it might rain?” & “How do I look professional for a job interview without giving ‘corporate drone’?” are being shared on TikTok. Users are also uploading images of clothing available to get AI to choose from available outfits.
OpenAI has also introduced a shopping assistant feature in ChatGPT, offering personalised product suggestions with images, reviews, and links based on they types of things it suggests. This development is especially useful for small brands, as AI recommendations are not influenced by marketing ad spend which allows discovery of new brands purely based on relevance.
