01 — PROMPT IDEA

What are GPTs?

When using ChatGPT, you may have spotted a mysterious section… “Explore GPTs":

Basically, these are versions of ChatGPT trained to do a particular task really well.

ChatGPT is a general-purpose AI tool that does a lot of things well.

However, it can’t do everything.

In the Explore GPTs section, you’ll find a range of specialty “GPTs” (similar to Apps on your smartphone).

There are many great options, but here are 5 of our favourites:

• Wolfram - excellent at anything involving maths or engineering.

• Whimsical Diagrams - flowcharts, mindmaps and sequence diagrams.

• Canva - design logos, social media posts and more.

• Video Summarizer - summarise YouTube videos.

• Sous Chef - recipes based on the foods you love and the ingredients you have!

02 — PROMPT TIPS

Get ChatGPT to create (and enforce) brand guidelines 👮

Branding is more than just your logo.

It’s a consistent way of presenting your business - visually (colours, fonts, packaging, signage), but also, in the way you write.

Creating "Brand Guidelines” is an effective way to ensure your brand is presented consistently - no matter who on your team is communicating it.

Creating Brand Guidelines can, however, be challenging. Especially for small and medium-sized businesses without a dedicated marketing team.

ChatGPT to the rescue!

Follow the steps below to develop brand guidelines.

Then, use ChatGPT to check future communications for consistency with these guidelines.

How it Works

1. Start with a Prompt

   Ask ChatGPT to generate key questions to define your brand. For example:

   "You're a brand expert. Can you provide key questions to help us establish our writing guidelines, tone of voice, and target audience?"

2. Answer the Questions

   Provide detailed responses to the questions, e.g.:

   • Who is your ideal client?

   • What sets your business apart?

   • How do you want clients to feel when they interact with you?

3. Generate Audience Personas

   Take your answers and put them back into ChatGPT along with a prompt asking for profiles of your target customers.

4. Define Your Tone of Voice

   Ask ChatGPT to help define your brand's communication style, including examples and guidelines.

5. Draft Your Writing Guidelines

   Have ChatGPT draft writing guidelines based on your tone and audience to ensure consistent messaging.

Why This Matters

• Consistency: Maintain a unified voice across all communications.

• Clarity: Clearly convey your brand's identity and value.

• Efficiency: Save time by streamlining the process with AI assistance.

03 — FUTURE FOCUS

Want a glimpse into where the world of AI is heading?

Read on! 👇️ 

In the coming 6-12 months, we’re set to see a wave of “Agentic AI” tools.

Agentic AI is a fancy name, but a simple concept.

Basically:

1. You give AI a goal

2. It figures out the steps

3. And then completes them step-by-step, trouble-shooting as it goes!

For example, you could prompt:

“I want to attend a useful conference next year in my industry. Create a shortlist and plans.“

Your AI assistant would:

1. Go to Google in a web browser and use its knowledge of your industry to search for relevant conferences.

2. Put each conference’s info (date, price, location, purpose etc) in a spreadsheet.

3. Create a way of grading the suitability of the conferences.

4. Search for flight and accommodation information for the Top 3 conferences

5. Give a final recommendation with draft itineraries.

Eventually, you could follow up with another prompt:

“Ok, book me in for the top one and a hotel under $200 a night within 5 minutes walk”.

It might take 5-20 minutes to complete its task, but once it gets good at it, the possibilities for time-saving are limitless.
