01 — EXPLAINED
What is “Context Window”? 🪟
AI is a new field, but we hope you’ll agree, it’s here to stay.
So, we believe it’s worth understanding some new AI concepts.
Think back to the 90s, when everyone had to learn what a “domain name” or “download” was!
An important AI concept to understand is “Context Window”.
This is simply how much conversation an AI system can keep in its memory before it starts forgetting things.
Different AI tools offer different size context windows.
For most day-to-day usage, any AI system’s context window will do the trick. However, if you’re working with large amounts of text or data, you will get better results by choosing a tool with a high context window.
For example:
Microsoft 365 Copilot (Paid) - 64 thousand tokens*
ChatGPT 4o (Free account required) - 128 thousand tokens*
Google Gemini Pro 2.5 (Free account required) - 1 million tokens*
This means Gemini can keep track of 15x more before it starts losing context, compared to Copilot.
* Tokens are essentially ‘parts of words’.
02 — BIG IDEA
Will individuals benefit more from AI than big organisations? 🙋♀️
In this long-form tweet, OpenAI co-founder Andrej Karpathy explores an interesting idea:
In the past, new technology benefited government and corporates first, and eventually filtered down to individuals and small organisations.
So far with AI, the opposite appears to be true.
Warning: It gets a bit tech-y, but the first part explores the key idea well.

03 — NEW FEATURE
ChatGPT releases advanced memory 🧠
ChatGPT has always remembered things about past conversations.
Last week they took this to a whole new level.
If you have a ChatGPT account (Free or paid) and use it regularly, try the below:
Prompt:
Describe me based on all our chats — make it catchy! And if you’re feeling particularly brave:
Prompt:
Now that you can remember everything I've ever typed, point out my top 5 blind spots. Why this matters?
The more AI remembers, the more it can personalise responses - and the less you need to repeat yourself.
Don’t want it to remember any more?
Log in and click the top right icon
Click Settings then Personalization
Turn off the two options under “Memory”
04 — FOR FUN
The Tesla ad that cost $0 to make 🎬
This past week an unofficial Tesla Cybertruck ad went viral.
The crazy thing - it was 100% AI-generated by one person using inexpensive tools.
Is it perfect? No.
But it is a very interesting glimpse of the future.

Our prediction: good storytelling and vision will start to matter a lot more than production skills and budget.
